“Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things,” Philippians 4:8 ESV. Thoughts and ideas come from somewhere. Some are harmless while others are inspired, then there are those that are toxic and dangerous. The mind is undoubtedly our most constant battlefield. Our minds should not be like a trash container in a mall, where anyone can toss something in without restriction. Lord, teach me to recognize the difference between good thoughts and ideas that emanate from You and wrong thoughts or ideas that come from other sources. Help me to put good thoughts into meaningful action to serve Your will in the earth. Grant me the patience and wisdom to work in Your timing and in Your ways.
